Gisele Bundchen is a Brazilian Supermodel and actress. Gisele is one of the highest paid models in the world and she is the wife of American famous football player Tom Brady.
Gisele was born on 20 July 1980 in Horizontina, the Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Bundchen parents have German ethnicity. Gisele grew up in Horizontina with her five sisters. Being a Brazilian Gisele also speaks English, Italian, Spanish, German and French along with her mother tongue Portuguese.
Career
In childhood, Bundchen played volleyball in her school and she wanted to become a Volleyball player but she later chooses modeling as a career.
In early life she hasn’t thought about modeling as her mainstream career, She thought that her tall height and thin body is not impressive to be a model.
Bundchen was spotted by Elite modeling agent in a shopping mall in Sao Paulo. Initially, she was resisted but later she accepted the offer. At the age of 14, Gisele moved to Sao Paulo to start her modeling career.
The very next year she moved to New York City to start her modeling career. Gisele had her first ramp walk in New York Fashion Week.
In 1997 Gisele traveled to London, where she got a chance to work with famous British fashion designer Alexander McQueen, She walked for his fashion show ready-to-wear. Gisele Bundchen ranking was boosted after working with Alexander McQueen.
