Cristiano Ronaldo is a professional footballer who plays for the Portuguese National team and Italian club Juventus. He is considered as one of the best and greatest players of all time in soccer history.
His full name is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro. His father by the former US President and actor Ronald Regan and he named “Ronaldo” after his name.
Cristiano Ronaldo was born on 5 February 1985 in Funchel city which was on the island of Madeira in Portugal. He was the youngest of four children in the family.
From childhood, he was interested in sports. His father worked at the local football club. By watching the game at his father club Ronaldo developed a keen interest in the football game.
As a kid, Ronaldo played for the local team Andorinha and Nacional club. At the age of 12, he signed with Sporting CP sports club.
At the age of 14, Cristiano Ronaldo stopped his education and decided to become a professional footballer. In childhood, he has suffered from Race heart problems (Heart rate over 100 beats per minute) and underwent surgery.

In 2009 Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United and Joined the Spanish Football Club Real Madrid. Real Madrid spent $80Million for Ronaldo, which was the most expensive in football history.
In 2016, Ronaldo led his national team Portugal to win the European Championship.
In 2017, Ronaldo became the first player to reach 100 goals in UEFA Champions League and in the same year he scored his 500th goal in his club career.
In 2018 Ronaldo left Real Madrid and the Italian Club Juventus purchased him for a record-breaking sum of $100millions. He became the first player in the football history to win 100 champions league matches.
